Murray McCaig is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of ArcTern Ventures, a venture capital firm backing deep tech companies at the intersection of AI and climate — Sustainable Intelligence. ArcTern invests in early-to-growth-stage startups across three sectors: clean energy, sustainable compute, and intelligence applied to decarbonize the economy.
Previously, Murray founded and scaled Spotnik Mobile (acquired by TELUS), EnviroTower, and Fluence Corporation(FLC.AX), after starting his career at the Silicon Valley strategy firm the McKenna Group.
An Olympian, Murray represented Canada in windsurfing at the 1992 Barcelona Games.
