Mohamad Yaghi is the Vice-President of the Innovation Hub and AgExpert at FCC, where he leads efforts to digitize farm management and streamline bookkeeping for Canadian farmers. His leadership drives innovation at FCC, creating forward-thinking tools to support sustainable agriculture and promote accessible financing. Prior to FCC, Mohamad was the Agriculture and Climate Policy Lead at the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC), where his profile reports drove dialogue nationally. Before RBC, he sold crop inputs at Land and Innovation and co-founded the ag tech startup Rakr, focusing on advancing agricultural technology. His career includes key roles at KPMG and General Electric, giving him a diverse background in business and tech. Mohamad’s work has consistently championed the evolution of Canadian agriculture through digital transformation.
